Privacy Policy

Effective August 5, 2026 · Version 2026-08-05

This Privacy Policy explains how TMW, LLC, doing business as WavWire (“WavWire,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit or use WavWire's prompt-to-audio website and related services (the “Service”).

Information we collect

  • Account information: your account identifier and information supplied through our identity provider, such as your email address and profile name.
  • Creative content: prompts, text typed into prompt and refinement fields, enhanced prompts, generation settings, generated audio, associated metadata, generation history, and export or save activity.
  • Purchases and credits: credit balances and usage, selected credit packs, purchase amounts, currency, status, and payment-provider customer, checkout, and payment identifiers. Our payment processor handles your payment details; we do not receive or store full card numbers.
  • Device and usage data: IP address, browser and device details, pages and features used, clicks, timing, errors, referring information, session identifiers, and security or abuse-prevention signals.
  • Communications: information you include when you contact us for support, a privacy request, or another inquiry.

We collect information from you, your browser or device, our identity provider, our other service providers, and your interactions with the Service.

Prompts, analytics, and session replay

WavWire uses a third-party provider for product analytics, exception monitoring, and session replay. We send submitted prompts, enhanced prompts, refinement text, generation settings, results, and account or session identifiers to that provider.

Session replay records how you interact with the Service. Prompt and refinement fields are not masked, so replay may include text while you type it, including drafts or text you later delete. Waveform canvas activity may also be recorded. Do not enter sensitive personal information or confidential information you do not want processed in this way.

Our analytics provider stores analytics identity and state in your browser's local storage. WavWire currently enables these analytics and replay features by default and does not respond to browser Do Not Track signals. Where legally required, you may have rights to object to or restrict this processing by contacting us.

How we use information

  • Provide authentication, audio generation, history, storage, exports, credits, and checkout.
  • Process prompts and settings into audio and improve generation quality.
  • Operate, analyze, debug, secure, and improve the Service.
  • Prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, and payment disputes.
  • Provide support and respond to legal or privacy requests.
  • Comply with tax, accounting, legal, and regulatory obligations.

WavWire does not use your prompts or generated audio to train a WavWire model. Our AI providers process content to provide their services subject to our account settings and their applicable terms.

Service providers and disclosures

We disclose information to service providers only as reasonably needed for the purposes described above:

  • Cloud hosting, authentication, database, and storage providers.
  • AI providers that process prompts and generate audio.
  • Payment, tax, and fraud-prevention providers.
  • Analytics, error-monitoring, and session-replay providers.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, to investigate abuse, or in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets. We do not sell personal information for money.

Cookies and local storage

Authentication cookies maintain your signed-in session. A signed HTTP-only guest identifier helps enforce preview limits and prevent abuse. Blocking these cookies may prevent authentication or guest previews from working.

Local storage keeps your WavWire creative session, prompts, settings, locally held audio, pending user-requested actions, and analytics state available across navigation or reloads. Clearing browser data removes local copies but does not automatically delete information already sent to our servers or providers.

Retention

  • Signed-in prompts, generation records, and audio are generally retained until you request deletion.
  • Guest preview audio is designed to expire after approximately 24 hours.
  • The signed guest identifier may remain in your browser for up to 400 days, and hashed abuse-prevention records may be retained to enforce preview limits.
  • Purchase, tax, fraud, security, and legal records are retained as needed for applicable obligations and disputes.
  • Provider logs, backups, analytics, and replay data follow operational and provider retention settings and may persist for a limited period after deletion.

We may retain information longer where required by law, needed to establish or defend legal claims, or necessary to protect the Service.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect information, including access controls and encryption in transit. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

International transfers

WavWire is based in the United States, and our providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Those countries may have different privacy laws. Where required, we rely on recognized transfer mechanisms or provider contractual protections.

EEA and UK information

Depending on the processing, our lawful bases include performing our contract with you (accounts, generation, history, credits, and checkout), complying with legal obligations (including tax and accounting), and our legitimate interests in operating, securing, supporting, analyzing, and improving the Service. We rely on consent for optional communications where we request and obtain it. Our default-on analytics and session replay practices are described above.

You may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive your personal data; object to processing; withdraw consent where processing is based on consent; and complain to your local supervisory authority. Legitimate-interest processing is subject to balancing against your rights and interests.

Your privacy choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or information about our practices, and to object to certain processing. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable rights.

Send requests to info@wavwire.ai. We may need to verify your identity. We handle account export and deletion requests manually and will respond within the period required by applicable law.

WavWire does not currently interpret Global Privacy Control as an opt-out because we do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Contact us if you believe an applicable right requires a different response.

Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 provided information to us, contact us so we can investigate and delete it where appropriate.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Service or law changes. We will post the revised version and effective date here and provide additional notice when required. Material changes may require you to acknowledge a new version before continuing to use the Service.
